Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Credential Alcohol & Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC Master Counselor). I graduated with a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with individuals from different economic and cultural backgrounds and different age groups. I have experience in working with individuals presenting with a range of issues and have worked in a variety of behavioral health settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach is tailored to meet your needs in an environment where you can feel safe and comfortable. I am warm, empathetic, and compassionate.

I utilize an eclectic blend of therapy methods. Rather than apply one methodology to all clients, it is my belief that every individual is different and therefore therapy should be individualized.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate and committed to the work I do with my clients. My experience has taught me how fulfilling and rewarding therapy work can be. My goal is to help you find inner peace and satisfaction in your life and develop healthy coping skills.
