Great to meet you!

I am excited to work with folks 12+ who don't want therapy to feel like a doctor's office. I have experience working with anxiety, low self-esteem, disconnection, and trauma, as well as folks navigating difficult diagnoses and changing life circumstances that leave them feeling stuck, afraid, or alone.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a deeply human experience, built on trust, safety, and connection. My approach is psychodynamic, helping clients explore the patterns and relationships that shape their lives while creating space for new ways of understanding and being. Together, we uncover not only where challenges come from, but also where resilience and healing can be found. I draw on the grounding, restorative qualities of the natural world as a way to support reflection, growth, and balance.

What you can expect from me

I deeply value the sanctity of the therapeutic relationship. I believe that having a safe, consistent, and compassionate space to explore your story can be transformative. I also hold community as a vital part of well-being — we don’t heal in isolation, and therapy can be a bridge back to connection and belonging.

My hope is that our work together helps you feel more grounded, more at home with yourself, and more open to the possibilities of your life.
