I completed my Masters degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Art Therapy in 2015. Since then I have become passionate about using Internal Family Systems therapy both personally and professionally. I completed Level 1 in 2024 and I love combining IFS, art therapy and mindfulness in a compassionate approach to manage mental health and deepen self awareness and self expression.

My style in working with clients is warm, compassionate, inquisitive, and relational. I aim to help my clients unlock the healing tools and wisdom that resides inside of them.
