Great to meet you!

With a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Seminary’s School of Psychology (2017) and full licensure since 2020, I bring both expertise and deep compassion to my work. Specializing in children and teens navigating relational trauma, I create a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. As a dedicated parent educator, I also empower caregivers with the tools they need to foster strong, connected family relationships. If you’re looking for thoughtful, effective support, I’d love to help!

My approach to therapy

I use play therapy as a core approach when working with children and teens because play is their natural language. Through creative expression, storytelling, and interactive play, I help young clients process their emotions, build resilience, and develop healthier relationships. This method allows children to explore their experiences in a way that feels safe and empowering, without the pressure of traditional talk therapy. By meeting kids where they are, I create a space where healing happens naturally, fostering connection, trust, and lasting emotional growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach that prioritizes trust, safety, and growth. I tailor each session to the unique needs of the child or teen, using play therapy and relational techniques to help them process emotions, build resilience, and strengthen their relationships. Parents can also expect guidance and support, as I believe healing extends beyond the therapy room into the family system. My goal is to create a space where children feel heard, understood, and empowered to thrive.
