Great to meet you!

Hi there, happy to have you here! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals navigating self-esteem challenges, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I specialize in working with women and provide an affirming, body-neutral, LGBTQ+ inclusive space where all parts of you are welcome.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strength-based, and rooted in empowerment and self-reflection. Whether you’re exploring your past, working through current stressors, or setting goals for your future, I tailor our work to meet your individual needs. I believe you are the expert on your life—my role is to support you in accessing your resilience, deepening self-awareness, and building emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Widener University and have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health, schools, and private practice. I use evidence-based modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches to guide our work together.

What you can expect from me

If you’re looking for a warm, nonjudgmental space to better understand yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.
