Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Alabama. I graduated from NorthCentral University in 2017 and have worked in community mental health, non-profit, and private practice. I specialize in parenting, couples therapy, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a very eclectic therapist with a lot of energy and excitement for my clients. I can be empathetic but I am also the type of therapist who will call a client out if I need to. I try to make the environment welcoming and relaxed where the focus is purely on your needs and goals. I do not push you to talk about things you aren't ready for but I will also challenge you when I think you need it.

What you can expect from our first session

I don't set your goals for you. I want to know what your goals are and how I can help you get there. Once we have your goals set, then I focus on the best form of treatment for you as a person, not a diagnosis. I won't put you in a box with every other person who has been diagnosed with the same thing. I want to see you thrive in life, not based on what you have.
