Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Southern California, I bring over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, with the last eight years dedicated to providing therapy. My passion lies in supporting adults, particularly women, through various life transitions and challenges. I specialize in women's health, including perinatal mental health, postpartum support, pregnancy loss, and navigating perimenopause and menopause. In addition, I have extensive experience helping clients manage stress, burnout, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and depression. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices and focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth. I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and working together to identify strengths and develop practical strategies for coping and healing. Whether you are seeking support for a specific issue or looking to enhance your overall well-being, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals while respecting your pace and preferences.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming environment where we will get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I will ask about your background, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. This initial conversation is an opportunity for you to share your story, ask questions, and set the tone for our partnership. My aim is for you to leave the session feeling understood, supported, and optimistic about the path ahead!
