Great to meet you!

I am a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. With more than a decade of healthcare experience in primary care, cardiovascular medicine, behavioral health, and telemedicine, I bring a comprehensive understanding of how physical and mental health are deeply connected.

I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healthcare journey. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can openly discuss your concerns and work toward meaningful, lasting improvement. I am fluent in both English and Russian, allowing me to provide care to a diverse patient population while being mindful of each individual's unique background, values, and experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and patient-centered. I view mental health as an essential part of overall well-being and strive to understand the whole person—not just their symptoms. Together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan based on your goals, preferences, lifestyle, and clinical needs.

I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with a strong emphasis on education, shared decision-making, and therapeutic partnership. When appropriate, treatment may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. My priority is to help you feel informed, supported, and actively involved in every step of your treatment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and understanding what has brought you to treatment. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, medications, lifestyle, and the goals you hope to achieve. This comprehensive evaluation helps me gain a clear understanding of your unique needs while giving you the opportunity to ask questions and share what is most important to you.

By the end of the visit, we will review my clinical impressions and develop a personalized treatment plan together. This may include recommendations for medication, therapy, lifestyle strategies, additional evaluations, or community resources, depending on your individual situation. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in your care.
