Great to meet you!

With more than 20 years of experience in psychiatric nursing and a decade as a family nurse practitioner, I bring a wide foundation to everyone I work with. I trained at a state psychiatric hospital in New Jersey, where I built deep expertise caring for people across the full range of psychiatric conditions. Now in my own private practice, I focus on general psychiatry and ADHD across all ages. I am licensed in New Jersey and practice with the support of a collaborative physician to deliver coordinated, thorough care

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, thorough, and straightforward. I draw on my background in both psychiatry and primary care to see the full picture of who you are. I work with you openly, set clear goals, and keep you informed at every step so you always know what we are working on and why.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit is a real conversation. I take time to hear your story and understand what you are hoping to get from care. By the end, we will have a shared sense of direction, and you will leave knowing exactly what to expect going forward.
