Great to meet you!

DBT - Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for treatming emotional, personality & relationship troubles

IFS - Internal Family Systems, bringing parts of you into harmony with yourself

CBT, MI, Existential Therapy, Solution Focus, & CHOPRA certified meditation

What you can expect from me

Our first session serves as both an intake and an initial assessment to determine whether weekly therapy is the most appropriate and beneficial level of care for you. As we begin working together, we focus on building a strong therapeutic alliance grounded in safety, trust, and mutual respect. This therapy is a collaborative process, and as our relationship develops, we work together to strengthen your sense of autonomy, self-understanding and self-love. Together, we create a personalized treatment—or healing—plan to guide our work, one that remains flexible and responsive as your needs, goals, and growth evolve over time.
