Dr. Kwang Ha

Being a pastor and a psychologist, my practice is devoted to the integration of spirituality and psychology in the treatment process. In the past 19 years of my practice as a pastoral counselor, a life coach and a mental health provider I have helped innumerous people in N & S America find the most hopeful, meaningful, and purposeful life. I also do culturally competent treatment being fluent in 4 languages and lots of experiences working with people of various ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

I utilize techniques from a variety of theoretical orientation ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person centered, Psychodynamic to name a few, but always tailored to the client’s specific needs-anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, relational issues,...I provide Christian counseling, mental health services, and biblical & mental health coaching.

By working with me, the clients would build up the resilience they need to cope with the life challenges they are facing up to the point they can utilize them without the guidance of the therapist. During this process, they will learn various skills to cope with the problems, including having a good understanding of how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can affect their mental health.
