My approach to therapy

I believe in taking a holistic mind/body/spirit approach when it comes to treating mental health and focus on creating greater harmony between these aspects of an individual's life. Each client is unique and special, and there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy. I take each individual's life circumstances into consideration and tailor my technique so as to provide the best possible care for all clients.

What you can expect from me

I always strive to create a safe environment in which to foster trust and build rapport. I listen non-judgmentally and accept you for who you are. The aim is to help clients gain the clarity and confidence they are seeking to reach their goals and enrich their lives.
