Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist, yoga teacher, mindfulness teacher, and somatic bodyworker. I help people restore a mind-body connection to increase resilience, health, and wellbeing. I graduated from Smith College School for Social Work in 2016. I am also a Trauma Release Exercise Provider.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a psychodynamic approach that is also informed by attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and trauma theory. Through the therapeutic relationship, I aim to bring deep safety to relationship where many of us have not experienced it in the past.

What you can expect from me

Sessions focus on bringing compassion to the present moment's challenges, increasing understanding of past and present causes for what's happening, and then unwinding thought and belief patterns that are creating the sense of stuckness to find a state of freedom.
