I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress management, grief and loss, and relationship issues, while also supporting individuals navigating substance use, OCD, family concerns, LGBTQIA+ experiences, cultural and ethnic issues, women's issues, identity exploration, trauma, and PTSD. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges or working through long-standing patterns, we'll work together to better understand what's getting in the way of the life you want to live.
