Great to meet you!

I've spent over 10 years working with people navigating ADHD - both as a coach and therapist - and honestly, it's my favorite work. I love partnering with clients to figure out what actually works for your brain. Together, we'll explore strategies to strengthen executive functioning, manage emotions, and help you feel more at ease in your daily life. My goal? To help you reach yours

My approach to therapy

My approach is all about collaboration - we'll work together to strengthen your executive functioning, improve emotional regulation, and help daily life feel more manageable. You deserve to feel capable and at ease, and I'm here to help you get there.

What you can expect from me

Full transparency: our first session is mostly about getting to know you - your history, your challenges, what you're hoping to accomplish. It's not the most thrilling hour, but it's essential! The payoff? Starting in session two, we dive into the actual work - building skills, trying new strategies, and making tangible progress toward your goals.
