Great to meet you!

I strive to create a comfortable environment where you feel safe to be your true self. Im here as a trusted partner that you can confide in, but also to challenge you and help you grow. I often will give you homework/activities /reflections/ to focus on in-between sessions.

My approach to therapy

I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychoeducational techniques and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) to name a few.

What you can expect from me

Early life experiences and relationships can significantly impact how we view ourselves, how we are in relationships and how we experience the world around us. We often develop unproductive behavior and thoughts, yet don't have the skills or understanding to create a desired change.

Everyone enters therapy with different goals and needs. Therapy allows for the opportunity to explore ways to navigate history and current challenges to create the life and person you wish to be.
