As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I take great pleasure in meeting with clients of all backgrounds. Engaging with clients who seek support, healing and growth is a key part of my approach. I have been practicing for over thirty years and I continue because I am passionate about helping people in difficult circumstances, whether children, families or individuals adults.
It is my desire to meet people where they are, create a warm therapeutic connection to foster the progress they desire and join them in their process. I offer feedback, creative strategies and personalized therapeutic approaches based upon the individual needs of a client for their beat interests.
In a first session, an interpersonal connection and rapport is important. New clients will experience a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which allows the them to share their history, current concerns, struggles, goals, and hopes.
