Great to meet you!

I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, burned out, or like something in their life needs to change. Many of the people I work with are highly sensitive and introspective; they tend to feel things deeply, think deeply, and sometimes have a hard time knowing what to do with everything they’re carrying.

I also specialize in helping people navigate psychedelic experiences, spiritual emergence, and other non-ordinary experiences that may be meaningful, confusing, or difficult to integrate.

My background is in transpersonal and somatic psychology, with additional training in trauma-informed care, breathwork, psychedelic integration, and spiritual emergencies.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, experiential, and body-centered. Sometimes talking and understanding something intellectually is only part of the work. We may also slow down and pay attention to emotions, patterns, relationships, physical sensations, dreams, or parts of yourself that are difficult to understand or accept.

I draw from somatic therapy, depth and psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness, transpersonal psychology, trauma-informed care, and breathwork. I’m especially interested in helping you understand what may be underneath the places where you feel stuck and how greater awareness can begin to translate into changes in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect therapy to be collaborative, curious, and grounded. I’m not here to tell you who you should be or hand you a formula for how to live your life. We’ll work together to understand what’s happening, what may be keeping you stuck, and where you want to go.

Our first sessions are usually about getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and exploring what you’d like to be different. Over time, the goal is not only to understand yourself better, but to feel more able to make choices, work with difficult emotions, and move toward a life that feels more like your own.
