Great to meet you!

If you find yourself constantly overwhelmed by "what-ifs", emotionally drained by workplace demands, or feeling disconnected from your relationships, your body and mind are telling you it's time for a pause. Anxiety, grief, and burnout often make life feel like a daily survival test rather than a life you actually get to live.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, substance abuse, and workplace/career difficulties.

My practice is entirely online, offering you a highly accessible, convenient, and confidential space to focus on your well-being. I'm deeply passionate about what I do - getting to truly listen to your story, hear where you're coming from, and serve as a dedicated, supportive figure in your corner.

When I'm not working with clients, I'm usually following my favorite sports teams, diving into my passion for music, and spending time with my wife and our pets. I look forward to partnering with you on your wellness journey!

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is deeply compassionate, supportive, and completely client-centered. Together, we will utilize evidenced-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques to help you cultivate resilience and master effective stress management.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so my goal is to make our first session feel safe, welcoming, and entirely collaborative. You can expect a compassionate environment where I will ask intentional questions to get to know you and your unique goals. We won't just talk about the challenges - we will actively work towards solutions. I love to offer practical suggestions and "homework" assignments between sessions, giving you real-world actions you can take to create positive change in your everyday life.
