What you can expect from our first session

I specialize in a wide variety of mental health issues, including depressive disorders, anxiety, and trauma. In addition to my education and experience, I have been trained in prolonged exposure therapy by the Center for Deployment Psychology. I have also been trained in structural family therapy by the Minuchin Center for the Family. I affirm a deep belief in the potential of every individual and believe that the therapeutic relationship is collaborative.
