Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Kyle, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Regis University and have worked in the mental health field since 2017 in a variety of roles. My areas of specialization include trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and relationship conflicts. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to help clients navigate challenges and foster personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to collaborate with you to identify your treatment goals and to support you throughout your therapeutic journey. I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities to tailor my approach to your unique needs and ensure you receive the most effective care possible!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on understanding your goals for treatment and getting to know you as a whole person. I take the time to explore your symptoms, experiences, and needs so that together we can develop a collaborative and effective treatment plan.
