Great to meet you!

My name is Kyle Kasner, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with crisis, drug and alcohol addiction, depression, anxiety, grief and loss and relationship problems.

My approach to therapy

I take a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I believe it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self-care. I utilize a person centered approach meaning that you are in charge, we go at your speed and things should always be comfortable for you during your therapy.

What you can expect from me

My patients typically tell me how much better they feel after one session. Rapport building initially and I want to hear your story. I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable or like they are sharing their past hurts with someone they don't know. I believe in a trust based relationship and going at a pace that is comfortable for you. Mostly my clients tell me that they feel like they have talked with a friend, but realize there has been growth in the conversation. This is good therapy.
