Great to meet you!

If you are navigating anxiety, depression, or the weight of substance use, you do not have to carry it alone. I offer Christian counseling for those who want to integrate faith into therapy, alongside evidence based care. My background includes work with veterans, people experiencing homelessness, and those with serious mental illness. I see clients from young adulthood through the senior years and meet you with grace, respect, honesty, and in person support as we walk toward hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention, along with solution focused and strengths based techniques. For clients who want it, I thoughtfully weave in biblical truth, prayer, and Scripture. Together we focus on resilience, identity, and meaning, not just symptom relief, and we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we begin with an initial assessment where I get to know your background, current concerns, and hopes for therapy at a pace that feels comfortable. If you are interested in Christian counseling, we will explore how your faith and values fit into your care. By the end, we will start identifying next steps and a plan together. I would be honored to walk with you, and I invite you to book a session to get started.
