Great to meet you!

If you're navigating anxiety, depression, or the weight of substance use, you don't have to carry it alone. I offer Christian counseling for those who want to integrate faith into therapy, alongside evidence-based care. My background includes work with veterans, the homeless, and those with serious mental illness, and I work with clients from young adulthood through the senior years. Whether you are rooted in your faith, wrestling with doubt, or simply curious how faith connects to your life, I meet you with grace, respect, and honesty. Sessions are held in person, and I walk with you toward hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), with solution-focused and strengths-based techniques. For clients who want it, I weave in biblical truth, prayer, and Scripture, aiming for growth in resilience and identity, not just symptom relief.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an initial assessment where we get to know your background, concerns, and goals for therapy, at a pace that feels comfortable. If you're interested in Christian counseling, we can explore how your faith fits into your care. By the end, we'll begin identifying next steps together. Book a session with me today to get started.
