Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kyle. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I help people heal from trauma, move through anxiety, and reconnect with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.

I believe that therapy is about more than just coping, it’s about growth, empowerment, and learning to face life’s challenges with strength and clarity. I work best with people who are ready to dig in, do the work, and take real steps toward change.

I’m known for being direct, focused, and encouraging. My goal isn’t just to help you feel better, it’s to help you build the insight, tools, and confidence to live better.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to be real, but also challenged enough to grow.

I care deeply about helping people find meaning in their pain and purpose in their healing. I’m someone who values curiosity, humor, and connection.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and what’s been getting in the way. You don’t have to have everything figured out, that’s what we’ll do together.

You can expect me to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you start building a roadmap for change. My hope is that you’ll leave that first meeting feeling heard, understood, and just a little more hopeful about what’s possible.
