Great to meet you!

I am board certified in both Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. I attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed my Psychiatry residency and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at Baylor Scott & White. I work with children, teens, and young adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including developmental disorders, autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. My goal is to help patients and families better understand what they are experiencing and work together to find the most effective path toward healing and improved well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care works best when it addresses the whole person. My approach combines medication management when appropriate, therapy, relationship support, and guidance around healthy lifestyle habits. By working collaboratively with patients and families, I aim to support lasting healing, emotional wellness, and meaningful life change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, unhurried space where they feel heard and understood. We’ll spend time getting to know you — your concerns, your history, your strengths, and what you hope to improve. My focus is to support mental wellness across every stage of life by providing personalized psychiatric care tailored to your unique needs.

Together, we’ll begin identifying potential root causes of your symptoms and discuss a thoughtful plan that may include therapy, medication when appropriate, and practical lifestyle adjustments. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you and your family build a healthier, more fulfilling life.
