Great to meet you!

Imagine you’re looking back a year from now and realizing that the weight you’re carrying today finally feels lighter, you’re a better version of yourself, and you’re ready to take on whatever comes next. Whether you're dealing with life's "plot twists" or just trying to navigate a world that feels increasingly loud, I’m here to help you find your footing. I’ve always been a people person—from the kid who rushed to help an injured classmate on the playground, to the friend who listened to everyone’s problems, and even the guy you call in the middle of the night when your car breaks down—it all added up to make me the therapist who wants to hear you and truly cares. The space I create is open-minded, affirming, and strictly a no-judgment zone. We’ll tackle the heavy stuff together, likely with a bit of humor to keep us grounded along the way.

My approach to therapy

I started my path to this career in earnest with an interest in psychological research during my undergraduate days. It didn't take long for me to shift my focus to counseling when I realized that the depth of human connection I was looking for was missing from the data I was reviewing. Add to that my first-hand experiences seeing how mental health challenges affected those closest to me, and you get the deep sensitivity and warmth I bring to my work. In our sessions, my first priority is making sure you feel comfortable enough to effortlessly be yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll dive into what you want your life to look like in the future and will start building the bridge to get there. If you’re looking for a therapist who is as real as you are, reach out and let’s get to work. Use my booking link to choose a time, and let’s start figuring this out together!
