Great to meet you!

I provide conceierge medicine, which means I allow you to reach out to me at any given time via phone so you feel you are I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner based in California and Washington, offering virtual care to clients throughout the state. My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing Sleep difficulties, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Anger Management, and more.

I have specialized training in providing culturally sensitive care for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where each treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs—helping you achieve lasting, meaningful improvement in your mental health and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

If you are looking for a provider who is approachable, easy to talk to, and creates a comfortable environment where you can feel heard and understood, I may be a good fit for your care. From the beginning of our work together, my goal is to ensure that you feel genuinely supported, valued, and actively involved in your treatment journey.

I provide concierge psychiatric care, which allows for a more accessible and personalized approach to treatment. I believe that having consistent access to support can be an important part of feeling connected and cared for throughout the treatment process. My goal is to help you feel confident that you have a provider who is available when you need guidance and support.

My approach is collaborative and individualized. I believe effective treatment involves understanding the whole person—not simply addressing symptoms. I integrate medication management, psychotherapy, and holistic wellness strategies to support meaningful and lasting improvements in mental health and overall well-being.

What sets my approach apart is the emphasis I place on developing a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, openness, and collaboration. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your experiences, challenges, and goals while knowing that your concerns are taken seriously. Together, we can create a treatment plan that aligns with your needs and supports your journey toward improved mental health.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a supportive, collaborative space where you feel comfortable and heard. My approach is relaxed and easygoing, with your comfort and sense of safety as my top priorities.

We’ll spend time getting to know you—your background, goals, and what brings you to care—so we can develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll begin building a therapeutic partnership focused on achieving lasting change and optimal mental well-being.My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where we can work together toward the changes that matter most to you.
