Great to meet you!

Feeling anxious, empty, trapped, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you?

You’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.

Together, we will create a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship where meaningful change can occur, guiding you toward the goals we set at the beginning of therapy.

My clinical background and passion lie in supporting young adults/adults navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, substance use, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe my counseling style as accepting, creative, and compassionately challenging. I work from a client-centered, psychodynamic, and IFS-informed lens, and I am Phase 1 trained in Brainspotting. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the importance of creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and heard.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect me to ask all about you! We will work together to explore what you're hoping to get out of therapy and set goals that will guide our work together.
