Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate mental health therapist with six years of experience providing care in both acute psychiatric settings and outpatient therapy. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other emotional or mental health concerns. Drawing from my experience in higher-acuity psychiatric care, I bring a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective to therapy while meeting each client where they are.

My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and build meaningful, lasting change at their own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, goals, and pace. My goal is to help clients gain greater self-understanding, build confidence and coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your background, and what you hope to gain from counseling.

I’ll also explain how I approach therapy and answer any questions you may have about the process. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals for treatment and consider what approaches may be most helpful for you.

You do not need to have everything figured out before your first appointment. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, respected, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
