Great to meet you!

My name is Kylene, and I genuinely love what I do. I work with adolescents and adults, and have experience and training in treating a range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I want to make the most of our time together, so I use approaches like EMDR and CBT, which have been well-established as evidence-based treatments.

My approach to therapy

At Better Together Therapy, you will find a supportive environment where you can explore, understand, and overcome whatever is bothering you. My goal is to help you gain skills and tools to manage your symptoms and return to feeling like you again.

What you can expect from me

Our first couple of sessions will mostly be me getting to know you. I'll learn about your story, what's bringing you to therapy, and what makes you who you are. Within the first few sessions, we’ll also create goals that help guide and shape our time together.
