Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard and supported. My background includes training and specialization in helping people work through challenges such as LGBTQ+ struggles, anxiety, life transitions, depression, trauma, and relationships. I believe in a collaborative approach, where we work together to explore your goals and build practical tools for everyday life. My hope is to walk alongside you as you gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, EMDR, and motivational interviewing, tailoring interventions to meet each individual’s needs.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel supported and understood in our sessions. I’ll provide a safe space to talk openly while also helping you build practical tools to handle life’s challenges. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a little more confident, clear, and empowered.
