Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be understood without judgment and feel comfortable being your authentic self. My approach is collaborative and individualized, because no two people—or their experiences—are exactly alike.

I am a mental health nurse practitioner with experience providing assessment, treatment, medication management, and ongoing support to individuals navigating a variety of mental health concerns. My areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, emotional regulation, and challenges related to self-esteem and life transitions.

Whether you’re struggling with something you’ve been dealing with for years or you’re going through a difficult season of life, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you understand yourself more clearly, and work alongside you toward meaningful and lasting change.

I look forward to getting to know you and creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and genuine connection.

My approach to therapy

I believe treatment is not simply about managing symptoms—it is also about developing insight, building practical coping skills, strengthening relationships, and creating a life that feels more fulfilling and manageable.

I utilize evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), while tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs, goals, personality, and life experiences. When appropriate, I also provide medication management through thoughtful evaluation, education, and ongoing monitoring. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their treatment options, discuss potential benefits and side effects, and develop a plan that aligns with their preferences and goals. I believe therapy and medication management can work together to support meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first appointment, we’ll take time to get to know you, discuss your current concerns, review your mental health history, and identify your goals for treatment. We’ll also talk about available treatment options, including therapy and medication management when appropriate, and begin creating a personalized plan that fits your needs and preferences.
