Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in trauma, PTSD, and complex-PTSD. I use a variety of modalities to match each client's unique needs and preferences, including but not limited to EMDR, parts work, attachment, mindfulness, somatic work, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

Everyone deserves to feel safe within their own body and mind. My role is to help guide people to their inner resilience and foster hope for change that at times may feel impossible. To me, therapy is a collaborative process that we create together to reach your goals.

My approach to therapy

My clients are individuals who have experienced trauma at some point in their lives. Many of them struggle with relationship challenges, especially around setting boundaries and communicating effectively. They often prioritize others’ needs over their own, leading to feelings of exhaustion and burnout. Emotions can feel overwhelming or hard to understand, so avoidance has become their main coping mechanism. Despite these challenges, they are ready to explore new ways of living with greater intention. They are open to a holistic therapeutic approach that honors all aspects of their life and embraces their unique identities.

What you can expect from me

Together we will work to explore your thoughts, feelings, and the signals your body gives you to better understand and appreciate your unique life experiences. My hope is to create a trusting, authentic, and open relationship in which we collaboratively learn and problem-solve to cultivate the healing you desire, guided by your values.
