Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Kylie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I work with children, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families, with a special passion for supporting children, adolescents, and the people who care about them.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable, understood, and accepted. My goal is to meet clients where they are, build a strong therapeutic relationship, and create a space where healing and growth feel possible. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after time away, we’ll work together to ensure your care is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
My approach is collaborative and I have experience working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, autism, or life changes.
When working with children and families, I believe lasting change happens when the whole family feels supported. I enjoy helping families strengthen communication, better understand one another, and build on the strengths they already have.
I earned my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Iowa and my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. My experience includes both private practice and nonprofit settings, working primarily with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, listening to music, watching anime, playing video games, and being outdoors. These interests often help me connect with the children, teens, and young adults I work with and remind me that genuine connection is at the heart of meaningful therapy.
