Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re already carrying a lot. My goal is to offer a space where you can take a breath, feel understood, and not have to explain or justify what you’re going through. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals and couples navigating stress, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and just life in general. Many of the people I work with are caring, capable, and thoughtful—yet sometimes feel misunderstood and drained by all of their responsibilities, oftentimes putting their own needs last. I can help guide you as you sort things out and move towards finding more peace and joy in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework. For clients who desire it, I integrate a Christian and biblical perspective into therapy—drawing on themes of grace, truth, compassion, stewardship, and healthy relational boundaries. Faith is not imposed; instead, it is invited into the work to support you.

Therapy with me is both reflective and practical. Together, we explore patterns that may be contributing to stress or disconnection while building tools you can use in everyday life, such as healthier communication, to help you in accessing peace and joy! You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin! You just need to start!

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is an assessment where I'll ask questions to understand what brought you to therapy. I'll ask about your early life, family, friendships, relationships, employment, and any previous treatment. The questions stem from why you're coming to therapy now and what you'd like to get from it. My hope is that you'll be honest and transparent.
