Great to meet you!

Welcome, so happy you are here!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University and a MA in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from William Paterson University. I am a certified TF-CBT therapist and have worked with clients across a wide range of diagnosis, providing individual and family therapy in community-based outpatient and in-home settings. I work with children, adolescents, adults and families to navigate emotional, behavioral, spiritual and relationship challenges in a compassionate and collaborative way.

I use evidenced-based and integrative approaches tailored to each client, helping build insight, coping skills and create meaningful change, and I value involving caregivers and family members when appropriate. I am committed to culturally responsive care, with extensive experience supporting immigrants and Spanish-speaking clients and families, and strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, which means we work together at your pace. Therapy isn't about quick fixes or being told what to do - it's a space to talk things through, understand what's been weighing on you, and learn practical ways to feel better in your day-to-day life

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step into therapy can feel nerve-wracking, and you're not alone in that. Your first session is a gentle, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and what you're going through. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than your

re ready for - we'll move at your pace, and my priority is helping you feel comfortable, welcomed and heard
