A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize several different approaches depending on your goals and experiences. Some of these are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. Some areas that I feel most passionate about are working with those experiencing addiction, postpartum experiences, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention-deficit disorder, and psychosis.
