Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. My background includes working in special education as a teacher, as well as providing services to foster youth and victims of crime, which has shaped my trauma-informed and practical approach to care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is simple: I focus on helping clients have a functional day, not a perfect one. My philosophy is “make it functional.” Together, we identify what is interrupting your day or creating dysfunction, and take realistic, step-by-step approaches to improve your ability to manage and move through daily life more effectively.

What you can expect from me

I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and principles from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support emotional regulation, behavior change, and improved daily functioning. I have experience working with clients navigating trauma, mood disorders, behavioral challenges, and interpersonal difficulties.I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges.
