Great to meet you!

Navigating the “in‐between” can feel overwhelming. I support middle schoolers, teens, college students, young adults up to age 30, and women moving through major life transitions. Many carry the weight of trauma, social pressures, identity shifts, or family conflict and are trying to make sense of experiences that feel tangled or heavy. I offer a grounded space to sort through these challenges, overcome obstacles, and move from fragmentation to clarity, building healing and practical tools to break cycles, strengthen relationships, and step into a more whole, empowered self.

With over 20 years of experience supporting children and families, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s complexities with resilience and clarity. I earned my Master of Social Work from Loyola University in 2006 and hold specialized certification as a School Social Work Specialist (C-SSWS). My extensive background in school systems has given me a front-row seat to the challenges families face today, and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide a compassionate, evidence-based space to foster growth. Whether you are navigating developmental milestones or seeking support for deeper emotional well-being, I bring two decades of specialized expertise to every session.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is down‐to‐earth, straightforward, and deeply compassionate. I’m nonjudgmental and warm, but I also believe in honest conversations that create real change. I don’t want to simply talk about what’s hard; I want to help you understand it, work through it, and build the capacity to move forward.

Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your teen, a young adult navigating life’s transitions, or a woman ready to heal and grow, you deserve a space to feel heard, supported, and equipped to thrive.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is an initial assessment where we focus on getting to know one another. For adolescents, this often involves a mix of individual time with the teen and collaborative time with the parents or guardians. We will discuss your goals, your family history, and what "wholeness" looks like for you. It’s a low-pressure way to see if my clinical approach is the right fit for your you and/or family’s needs.
