Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapy, working in the mental health field for over 5 years. I have experience working with children and adolescents, adults, and families. As a military spouse and military counselor, I have grown my tool box and expertise working with there military population as well.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In counseling I will work alongside you to help guide you through your struggles in a neutral and judgement free space. Counseling with me will lead to you discovering what peace is for you, and how you can keep your inner peace throughout every life transition or situation. I will help you define your goals and values while you create and experience your authentic self. My approach is brain and body based, using a holistic approach.
