Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kyrian, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I’m really glad you’re here. I know life can be tough, and I’m here to support you as you work through whatever’s on your mind. Whether you’re trying to build stronger relationships, get to know yourself better, or just find a bit more balance and happiness, I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in collaboration, empathy, and evidence-based practices. I have experience working in private practice, school-based settings, and community mental health, which has allowed me to work with families, adults, children, and adolescents.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, my priority is to make sure you truly feel seen and heard. We’ll start by figuring out what you need and setting goals that feel right for you. Therapy can be an emotional experience, and I’m committed to creating a space where you can explore, heal, and grow in a way that feels safe and supportive.

I’m currently accepting new clients, and I’d love to connect with you to see how we can work together.
