Great to meet you!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read about me! I am a therapist that specializes in trauma and anxiety with adults. I have a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in behavioral health and a graduate certificate in Trauma Informed Care from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I have worked in community, harm reduction, hospital and outpatient mental health settings. I speak English and French fluently.

My approach to therapy

I value building our relationship and developing insight and understanding of your past and present. I also know trauma and distressing experiences can have an impact on our nervous system as much as our psyche. I therefore use brainspotting and mindfulness-based approaches to honor the mind-body connection and integrate Trauma-focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also consider our interactions with systems of power as highly relevant to wellbeing and our work together.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental space to process your experiences and gain increased insight, inner peace and connection in your life. I collaborate with you to work toward your individual goals around mental and physical health, relationships, career, community, spirituality and overall quality of life.
