I am a faith-based clinician, I consider myself very spiritually rooted in African centered optimal psychology. I with 20 years of experience working in several areas within the mental health field. I graduate from the University of Phoenix. I've providing therapy in California for 6 years. I've had the honor of providing services to individuals of different cultures. I take pride in the ability to deliver diverse culturally trauma thrived- informed services. I look forward to working with you.

I just an eclectic approach to treatment however, there are three approaches I typically use as anchors. Client- Center Approach, Solution- Focused Approach and Emotional- Focused Therapy Approach.

I set my intentions to create a safe space; heartful you will learn to cultivate healthier self-healing practices and to be an agent of change within yourself and interpersonal relationship. This process will assist many individual, couples and families in uncovering different attachment styles. My hope is for everyone within the partnership to gain a better understanding of their patterns and cycles while increasing self-awareness.
