Great to meet you!

Sometimes you can look like you're holding everything together while quietly feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted. You may spend so much energy taking care of work, family, or everyone around you that there's very little left for yourself. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, panic, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, better understand what's contributing to your stress, and build practical tools that help you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, genuine, and tailored to who you are. We all develop patterns that once helped us cope but no longer serve us. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck while building on the strengths you already have.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help clients manage anxiety, ADHD, panic symptoms, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions in ways that create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope will be different moving forward.

You can expect compassion, curiosity, practical support, and a space where you don't have to have everything figured out. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded, more resilient, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
