Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner educated at Chamberlain University with several years of experience as a Registered Nurse in behavioral health settings. My clinical background has allowed me to work with individuals across the lifespan and across a wide range of mental health conditions, providing a strong foundation in comprehensive assessment, therapeutic communication, and evidence-based care.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma, stress, life transitions, or simply seeking clarity and balance, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Treatment is personalized, culturally sensitive, and focused on helping you build practical skills and long-term emotional resilience.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. I use evidence-based psychiatric and therapeutic practices to support your mental health goals while considering the whole person. Care is provided in a safe, non-judgmental environment where you are an active partner in treatment. Through secure telehealth, I offer flexible, accessible care focused on meaningful and lasting well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is an opportunity to get to know each other in a supportive and confidential setting. We will discuss your concerns, symptoms, personal history, and goals for treatment. You’ll have time to ask questions, share what feels important, and talk through next steps. Together, we’ll develop an initial plan tailored to your needs, with a focus on comfort, clarity, and collaboration.
