Great to meet you!

I specialize in Addiction and Recovery, Anxiety, MAT, and Spiritual Health. I’ve had the honor of supporting my clients with many other concerns as well, including emotion regulation, chronic illness, relationships, and many more. I tailor my approach to best fit my client, using a wide range of therapeutic interventions, noted below.

Spiritual services include Certified Christian Counseling, Spiritual Growth (all faiths), and even Healing from Religious Trauma. For those navigating the legal system, I can provide evaluations and treatment for both Substance Use Disorders and Anger Management.

My approach to therapy

I became a therapist after falling in love with the Recovery Process and the power of living Life More Abundantly. I’ve spent the last 17 years helping clients make progress toward their life goals, improve their relationships, and discover the rewards of wellness. I love working with clients to find their true self under the symptoms and life challenges that often get in the way. Whether you are working toward mental wellness or Recovery, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to share the pain, shed the shame and guilt, and explore the real you.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to receive science-backed services (EBP) in a laidback and comfortable format. Most clients find a better understanding of themselves and their relationships, while being better able to cope with their emotions. They often report feeling "seen, heard, and understood," as we take action to discover and build their Abundant Life.
