Great to meet you!

I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field as a professional counselor, art therapist, and child and family specialist. As a first-generation Asian American and ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, I embrace, encourage, and invite people from all walks of life to seek support without fear or shame. Many of my clients present with symptoms related to panic disorder, depression, and ptsd; and struggle with issues such as chronic illness, life transitions, and divorce.

My approach to therapy

Whether you are seeking brief, solutions-focused therapy or a long-term therapeutic alliance to process deeper issues, I offer a blend of cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and emotions-focused approaches to promote self-compassion, self-understanding, and healing. As a registered art therapist, I may also encourage expressive activities in and outside of session. Knowing that real change and progress cannot be made without a trustworthy therapeutic alliance, I offer a confidential space where my clients can feel safe to be vulnerable to speak their truth.

What you can expect from me

If you would like my assistance with: finding resolution from conflicts; reaching a place of healing from trauma; establishing effective coping strategies to strengthen resilience; or implementing practical solutions to create a more fulfilling life, I would love to work with you!
