Great to meet you!

Hello! My primary goals as a therapist are to help you feel empowered as you explore yourself and how you show up in the world. Ultimately, I strive to create an environment where you feel safe exploring hard things and to walk alongside you as you do so. I take very seriously my role of empowering my clients, and I believe that you already have all that you need to heal yourself. I just want to help you access your own wisdom.

My approach to therapy

My primary modality clinical work is Internal Family Systems. This is inherently a very open-minded, empowering, and non-pathologizing modality. My goal will be to help you get to know all parts of yourself and to feel empowered in your exploration. My specialties are working with folks struggling with eating disorders, substance use and addictions, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

The first session is not just about me getting to know you, but it is also about you getting to know me. I will first want to give you time and space to decide if you would like to pursue working with me. We will likely set intentions and goals for our work together, and we will begin to develop a professional relationship.
