Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and healing artist who’s here for the beautiful, messy, sacred work of becoming. I work with artists, musicians, caregivers, and other deep feelers navigating identity shifts, relationship stuff, and the long haul of trauma healing. My eclectic approach blends parts work, somatic practices, and other relevant tools in a space that centers joy, justice, and your full humanity (so you can return to yourself, without shame or performance).

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection—connection to your body, your story, your truth, and the parts of you that still know how to grow. I weave together evidence-based practices and skill-building tools with a deep respect for your lived experience, helping you move through life’s messiness with more clarity, compassion, and curiosity.

I show up from a trauma-informed, liberation-focused lens that centers joy, pleasure, and what feels most real for you. All parts of you are welcome here (whether we’re tending to old wounds, exploring relationship patterns, or making space for your voice to rise). My hope is to co-create a space that feels warm, honest, and grounding, so you can come home to yourself and move toward the life that’s calling you.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients often leave our sessions feeling more grounded—more in touch with their inner voice, better able to face what life throws their way, and more connected to what brings them joy and meaning. Together, we’ll gently explore old patterns, listen for the parts of you that may have been pushed aside, and build practices that support healing, pleasure, and liberation.

You’ll leave with tools to move through your emotions with more ease, tend to your relationships with care, and show up as your full, honest self. More than anything, our sessions are an invitation for you to feel seen, supported, and empowered (with clarity, compassion, and the confidence to keep becoming who you’re meant to be).
