Great to meet you!

I decided to pursue a professional career in the sciences requiring the ability to treat and explore human beings. The growing exigency is followed by current research on rural and urban populations across the United States. As a current scientist and proud researcher, I enjoy meeting the demands one challenge at a time!

My approach to therapy

Existential therapists consider the unconscious as entirely malleable and amendable component to a human being's development. This theory teaches us that an individual deciphers on unconscious thoughts that inspire anxiety and propose resistance mechanisms. In perspective, these particular theorists actually postulate that conscious concerns are the primary fundamentals for anxiety in which defense mechanisms are derived.

What you can expect from me

Therapy sessions focus on the client's present and future rather than his past. The therapist will emphasize freedom to carve out meaning comes the need to take full responsibility for the consequences of one's decisions. The existential therapist encourages clients to face life's anxieties head on and to start making his own decisions. The therapist’s main focus is to motivate client to reach personal potential while understanding potential against the limitations of the client’s existence.
